FARMINGTON — The Sandy River Players will perform ‘Lend Me a Tenor’ by Ken Ludwig at the West Farmington Grange Hall Oct. 1-3.
Set in 1930s Chicago, the play is about an opera company that has hired “the world’s greatest tenor,” Tito Morelli to perform for them. Chaos ensues when Morelli “gets knocked out and is unable to perform” and the company tries to replace him with the stage manager.
The play is directed by Ethan Wright and stars:

• Bruce Ibarguen as Saunders
• Peter Osbourne as Max
• Henry Robbins as Bellhop
• Sarah Irish as Maria
• Brianna Rush as Maggie
• Annie Norris as Diana
• Anne Crump as Julia
Tickets are $18 for adults and $16 for students and seniors. Masks are required for entry. Wright encourages reservations be made in advance at DDG Booksellers, however tickets will be available at the door.
The performances will be on Friday, Oct. 1, and Saturday, Oct. 2, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 3, at 2 p.m.
