Bertrand G. Perron
SABATTUS – Bertrand G. Perron, 82, of 113 Crowley Rd., Sabattus, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2021, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, following a short illness.
Born in Lewiston on August 31, 1939, he was the son of Lucien and Marie Michaud Perron, and was educated in local schools. Always good with his hands, he worked in the construction industry for many years. A hard worker, Bert occupied himself during his retirement tending a large vegetable garden and woodworking. He will be remembered for his sense of humor.
Survivors include two sons, Denis of Sabattus, and Chris and wife Kristine of Sabattus; two brothers, Robert and wife Rolande of Greene, and Larry and wife Patricia of Sumner, a sister, Lucille and husband William Saucier of Auburn; two grandchildren, Allison and husband Richard Schriewer, and Dylan Perron, and his longtime friend, Linda. Also surviving is his former wife, Michelene Dionne Perron of Lewiston.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Roger Perron, and a sister, Carmen Morin.
Visitation will be held at the Albert and Burpee Funeral Home, on Wednesday, Oct. 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Service and interment to take place at a later date.
