STRONG — Strong Area Health Center has hired family nurse practitioner Jason Caudell.

Separately, Dr. Ann Schwink, a longtime provider at Strong, has transitioned from providing primary care to focus on medication assisted treatment services at several HealthReach sites for patients affected by opiate use disorder.

Jason Caudell

Caudell comes to Strong from another HealthReach site, Bingham Area Health Center, where he has practiced since 2016. He brings a wealth of experience from across emergency nursing, urgent care and primary care settings. Caudell earned his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Piedmont College in Georgia, prior to achieving his Master of Science degree in nursing with the University of North Georgia.

Dr. Ann Schwink

Schwink has been a leader in bringing medication assisted treatment services to HealthReach and Franklin County. Her new focus within the organization will allow her to maintain a presence at the Strong Area Health Center while expanding her services to other HealthReach practices. She holds a doctoral degree in osteopathic medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford.

Schwink is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds an additional certification in addiction medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
