Diane N. D’Agostino

SABATTUS – Diane N. D’Agostino, 71 of Pebble Street, Sabattus, died at her home on Friday Oct. 8, 2021.

She was born in Lewiston on Oct. 15, 1949, a daughter of the late Marcel and Irene (Sirois) Emond. She was educated in local schools. Diane worked at Emhart for several years until her retirement.

Diane married her true love, Donald D’Agostino on Oct. 29, 1944 in New Brittan, Conn. He predeceased her on Oct. 27, 2020.

Diane was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish in Sabattus. She loved her family and her family was her true focus in life. She enjoyed being at the ocean, especially Thomas Point, watching horror movies and meeting up with her coffee crew. She was a loving and caring person who was willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. She also gave to many charities. Her love will be missed by all.

She is survived by a daughter, Michelle Berube and her husband, Tim of Greene, a son, Marc D’Agostino and his husband Jean-Fencos Achille of Washington D.C.;’ a sister, Carol Bourgoin and her husband Daniel of Durham, three brothers, Daniel Emond and wife Cindy of Lewiston, Ronald Emond and wife Dawn of Lisbon and Russell Emond and wife Melissa of Oxford; two grandchildren, Bryan Berube of Green and Jennifer Berube of Greene; three great-grandchildren, D’Andre, Bryson and Donnovan; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Fortin Lewiston Thursday Oct. 28 from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral to follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
