REGION — On Tuesday, Nov. 2, elections will be held in Maine.

Voters will be asked to weigh in on three state questions. Question 1 is the citizen initiative banning the construction of high-impact electric transmission lines. Question 2 is an infrastructure bond issue that would leverage an estimated $253 million in federal and other funds. Question 3 is an amendment to the Constitution of Maine that would add the right to food.

Livermore does not have any local issues this year. In addition to the three state questions, Jay voters will be asked to consider four local issues, and Livermore Falls has a medical marijuana ordinance question. Details on those issues may be found elsewhere in this paper.

Tri-Town polling locations and times are listed below.

• Jay: Spruce Mountain Middle School gymnasium 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Livermore: Spruce Mountain Primary School 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Livermore Falls: Fire station 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
