LEWISTON – Frank R. Hallowell Jr., 85, passed away early Monday morning on Oct. 18, 2021, at Montello Commons in Lewiston.He was born on Dec. 3, 1935, the son of Pearl and Frank Hallowell Sr.He was employed for many years as a custodian for the Auburn School Department and also for the Gray/New Gloucester School Department.Per Frank’s request, there will not be any visiting hours. A graveside service is scheduled for Nov. 5 at 11 a.m. at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Auburn.The full obituary can be viewed online at funeralalternatives.net and also on their Facebook page.
