
Roger Earl Bennett
BUCKFIELD – Roger Earl Bennett, 75, passed away on Nov. 14, 2021, at Stephens Memorial Hospital, He was born Nov. 12, 1946, in Lewiston a son of the late Stanley and Agnes (Keene) Bennett.
Roger worked as a mechanic, working with trucks. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the VFW.
He was predeceased by his parents Stanley and Agnes Bennett; his brothers Sidney and Fred Bennett.
He is survived by his loving son, Dale Bennett; his sisters Calli Peaco, Lorraine Brown, his brother, Brian; grandson Devin Jack -Bennett; special aunt, Laura, who he enjoyed spending time with; and several nieces and nephews; and cousins; and his faithful four-legged companion, Roski
He was always willing give a helping hand to anyone.
Keeping with Roger’s wishes a burial will take place on Wednesday Nov. 24 at 2 p.m. in the Damon Cemetery, Buckfield, with military honors.
