Rangeley is considered one of the premier riding destinations in the east. The RLSC Board of Directors is working to keep it that way. We couldn’t achieve this if not for our phenomenal members, business sponsors/ partners, grooming staff, board of directors, and last but far from least our generous land owners. Last season we were once again named Maine’s #1 club by the Maine Snowmobile Association thanks to our 1,200+ members! Included in that membership are over 65 businesses. That sponsorship is essential in maintaining our 170+ miles of trail system and top of line equipment.
Looking forward to the 2021-2022 snowmobiling season seems somewhat challenging for our club and our membership navigating through the covid restrictions, trail changes, and maintaining trails with the highest traffic count in the state. As far as Snodeo 2022, we are tentatively working on having a casino night on Friday at BMC. On Saturday Rave X at BOSS, the Tame the Track Vintage (location tbd), and hopefully radar runs (pending ice.) We will wrap up Snodeo Saturday night with our annual parade, this years theme will be Red/ white & blue with some great prizes! Look for more info to come pertaining to those events. Please stay tuned to on our website and Facebook page.
The club has launched a members only Facebook page to better communicate with our members & sponsors. You have to be a member or sponsor in good standing to join it. General information and any type of closures or safety issues are still posted to our general media platforms (Facebook info page & website.)
Finally, we’d like to thank everyone for their continued support. You truly don’t know how great it feels to have the best members & best sponsors in the world. In closing, please when you meet a land owner thank them, we see when of our sponsors support them!
