Edgar DeBlois
GREENE – Edgar DeBlois passed Thursday, Nov 18, 2021 at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn Maine. Born in Quebec, Canada in August of 1934, he was the son of Edmond DeBlois and Marianna Asselin.
He owned and operated his business DeBlois & Son Masonry for 49 years until his retirement.
He is survived by wife Evelyn Cote DeBlois; son David DeBlois and wife Joette of North Haven; grandson Christopher DeBlois of Bath, granddaughter Martina Ciardella of California; great-granddaughter Elliana and great-grandson J.J.
He leaves three sisters and two brothers in Canada, Aline Pigeon, Mariel Jacques, Elise DeBlois, Andre DeBlois and Alexander DeBlois. In Lewiston he leaves one sister, Muriella Gilbert and one brother, Wilfred DeBlois.
He was predeceased by daughter Diane DeBlois Ciardella of California; a sister Bibianne Veulliux of Greene and a brother Edmond DeBlois of Canada.
A service is planned for next spring.
