REGION — The Mechanic Falls, Minot, and Poland Tri-Town Optimist Club is proud to announce its RSU 16 Student of the Month recipient for December, Leksi Langevin. Leksi, a sixth-grader from Minot Consolidated School, is described by her teacher as a student who consistently holds herself to a high standard. She always comes to school with a smile and helps to support others, both inside and outside of class. She is a positive role model who brings out the best in everyone she comes in contact with.
