AUBURN — The Androscoggin Historical Society plans to sponsor a visit to a Victorian Christmas from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, at the 19th century Robinson House.
The private home’s owner has adorned each room in the historic mansion with ornate decorative items collected from around the world.
Tours are limited to six people (masks are required) and will begin every half hour, with light refreshments to follow. An $8 charge per person will help fund repainting the society’s West Auburn Schoolhouse.
People can register for a specific time slot by leaving a message with the society at 207-784-0586 or email info@Androhist.org. Someone will respond with confirmation and directions to the Robinson House.
