Edward “Chow” H. White IV

RUMFORD – Edward “Chow” H. White IV, 34, passed away peacefully at The Hospice House in Auburn, Maine on Dec. 18, 2021, from numerous lifelong medical conditions.

Chow grew up in Oxford, Maine and spent his childhood as one could only describe as a wild and free spirit. He loved his children beyond measure and spent as much time as he could telling VERY corny bad Dad jokes and making it his mission to make everybody, he met laugh. He enjoyed carpentry, cooking, anything dragon, and playing Magic and video games. He also loved cooking and “horticulture”. He will forever be remembered as a pure soul, who never gave up, no matter what fate threw at him.

Chow is survived by his Wife-Shannon White of eight years; Son-Cory White, and Daughter-Kira White. Father-Edward H. White III and Wife (Mom) Tammy White; Mother-Suzanne Bateman; Brother-Michael White; Sister-Angela Tuttle and Husband Nick (Leprechaun) Tuttle; Sister-Emma Therrien; Sister-Allison Bohannon; Sister-Jaye Stern and Brother-Coty White. He is also survived by his Papa-Robert Leigh; Uncle-Scott Mongeau and partner Tina Jackson; Uncle-Todd White and partner Rosy Palm; and Aunt-Kimberly Moreau and husband John Moreau. He leaves behind many step siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.

Chow was predeceased by his Nana-Linda Leigh; Meme and Pepe-Leticia and Joseph Therrien; Brother-Nicholas White; and Uncle-Jaye White.

The family would like to thank Fresenius Kidney Care in Wilton, Maine for their amazing care during Chow’s Dialysis for the past 8 years and Androscoggin Hospice House for their loving and attentive care in his last days.

Friends and relatives are invited to sign the online guest book and share memories with the family at http://www.meaderandson.com.
