Pauline Bourgoin got on her knees and started thumbing through a recently discovered box of scrapbooks and pictures at the YMCA. “I’ve got to be in here somewhere,” she said as she scanned a 1950s photo of about two dozen young girls lining the Y’s swimming pool. Bourgoin is herself a walking history of the club, having been a member since 1947 having taught art classes there for the last 46 years. Officials at the Y said they knew that they had some memorabilia hidden deep in the bowels of the club at 62 Turner St.
