The playground project at the Guy E. Rowe School got $1,000 closer to completion on Thursday, Dec. 12, when Oxford Wal-Mart presented a check for $1,157 to the schools’ Parent Teacher Association. Larry Koch, principal Rowe School, was at the store to accept the check on behalf of the PTA.  Store manager Allison Dulac told Koch, as she presented him the check, “Our associates, most of whom live in this area, are pleased and excited that we could help with the building of the playground. “The new playground is a wonderful project.” Koch“ said. “It will benefit not just the children who attend Rowe School, but families throughout the area.
