Richard Normand Potvin
AUBURN – Richard Normand Potvin, 69, of Auburn, passed away on Jan. 8, 2022 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, with family by his side.
He was born In Lewiston to Fernand and Yvette Potvin. He graduated from Edward Little High School in 1971 and then enlisted in the United States Air Force. After completing his enlistment, he returned to Maine and had several jobs including working at Etonic Shoes and Bath Iron Works where he retired.
He enjoyed speaking with friends and neighbors, watching sports, and listening to country music.
Richard was predeceased by his parents; and his sister, Gina.
He is survived by his sisters Rejeanne and her husband Michel Bisson, Denise, Ann and her husband Clay Nichols, Joline and her husband Jeff Timberlake, Monique and her husband Steve Cote, his brothers Robert and his wife Stephanie, Donald, Gerard and his wife Arlene, and David and his wife Sally. He had several nieces and nephews, including great-nieces and great-nephews.
