Timothy E. Storer
RUMFORD – Timothy E. Storer, 93, of Weld, died late Friday morning, Feb. 4, 2022 at the Rumford Community Home. He was born in Weld, May 25, 1928, a son of Cola E. and Esther V. (Conant) Storer and graduated as valedictorian of his class at Weld High School. On Nov. 29, 1947, he married, Martha A. Dunbar in Weld. She died in January of 1996.Mr. Storer worked at Oxford Paper Co. in Rumford. later known as Boise Cascade for many years and retired in 1991. He enjoyed hunting, gardening, driving his tractor, and throwing firewood. He especially loved spending time reminiscing and spending time with family and friends under the large spruce tree in his front yard. He was a long-time member of Mystic Tie Masonic Lodge #154 AF and AM of Weld.He is survived by his children, Nathan Storer and his wife, Rhonda of Weld, Ann Storer and her companion, Stewart Buck of Weld, Scott Storer and his wife, Susan of Weld, Jane Proctor of Weld, and Phoebe Storer of Weld; 6 grandchildren, Tim Storer and his wife, Deb of Weld, Darcy Berry and her husband, Beau of Carthage, Brian Proctor and his wife, Suzie of Turner, Cassie Lewis and her husband, Ken of Livermore, Angela Alexander and her husband, Jon of Farmington, Krista Ryder and her husband, Marcus of Oakland; 20 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; a brother, Joseph Storer of Wilton and Florida. He was predeceased by 14 brothers and sisters.Graveside memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 18, at 11 a.m., at Mountain View Cemetery with Masonic Graveside Services performed by members of Mystic Tie Masonic Lodge #154 AF and AM of Weld.
