Lucille Robitaille Bowie
ANNANDALE, Va. – Lucille Robitaille Bowie, 90, of Annandale, Va., passed away surrounded by loved ones on Feb. 3 2022 in a Manassas, Va. nursing home.Lucille was a native of Lewiston and lived in Annandale, Va. for the past seven years. She was the daughter of the late Eddy S. and the late Lucia C. Robitaille. Lucille was a proud Navy wife having lived in Panama, Germany and Japan as well as many United States naval bases. Lucille loved to square dance and made many lifelong friends on the dance floor. She liked games of all types be they card or board games and loved doing the crossword puzzles every day. She especially enjoyed winning.A member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Annandale, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert I. Bowie; and her grandson, Paul R. Pacetti.Lucille is survived by one son, Bruce (Cheryl) Bowie of Bryant, Ark., three daughters, Judy Maddux of Hixon, Tenn., Kim (Jim) Rennie of Manassas, Va., and Becky (Bruce) Belcher of Annandale, Va. Additionally, she leaves one sister, Pauline Perdeau of Toledo, Ohio, two brothers, Roger (Jeanine Robitaille) of Lewiston and Paul Robitaille of Lewiston; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held this summer in Maine.
