FRYEBURG — The Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center is pleased to present an encore screening of the Metropolitan Opera’s production of Rigoletto on Saturday, February 12 at 1 p.m. The simulcast, originally scheduled for January 29, was canceled due to inclement weather.

Tony Award-winning director Bartlett Sher’s riveting new staging Verdi’s Rigoletto astounded cinema audiences worldwide when it appeared as part of the Met’s Live in HD series on January 29. Commanding baritone Quinn Kelsey starred in the title role, sharing the stage with soprano Rosa Feola as Gilda and tenor Piotr Beczała as the Duke of Mantua, with leading maestro Daniele Rustioni on the podium.
