LEWISTON – Robert L. Davis, 75, passed away Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, at the Central Maine Medical Center.He was born April 18, 1946 in Lewiston the son of Bertrand and Rita (Beliveau) Davis.Robert joined the U.S. Army and retired as a sergeant first class. Robert was a man who loved to work. After retiring from the military he owned and operated a convenience store and diner. For the past 15 years he has been a cashier for Shaw’s.When at home he loved relaxing and being with his dogs.He is survived by a sister Nancy DeKubber and her husband James; two nephews Scott and Donny Maheux; a niece Michelle Carrozza; a grandnephew Tyler Maheux; three grandnieces Lacey Maheux, Paige Maheux, Leah Maheux, and Stella Neff.Robert was predeceased by a brother Jerome Davis and a nephew Shawn Maheux.A funeral service will be held 3 p.m., Saturday, at The Fortin Group, 217 Turner Street, Auburn.Online condolences may be shared with his family at http://www.thefortingroupauburn.com.
