Kerry M. Gould
AUBURN – Kerry M. Gould of Auburn, passed away suddenly on Feb. 8, 2022, at his home. He was 66 years old.
Born in Augusta, Kerry graduated from Winthrop High School in 1974. An avid chef and self-taught musician, Kerry loved to share his passion for music, food, and cooking with friends and family. Kerry married his high school sweetheart, Deborah Whitman of Manchester, in 1975. The couple lived in El Paso, Texas and Augsburg, Germany before settling back in Maine to raise their family. Kerry retired in 2020 after more than 35 years with Performance Foodservice, and was reveling in retirement through volunteerism at The Green Ladle, enjoying a round of golf, and many years playing saxophone in the Auburn Community Concert Band.
Kerry is survived by his wife, Deborah; sons Adam, of Washington, D.C., and Aaron, of New York, N.Y.; and brother, Ryan, of Augusta.
He was predeceased by his father, Merle and his mother, Elaine (Fontaine), both of Winthrop.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m. at the Fortin Group Funeral Home in Auburn, with words of remembrance beginning at 5 p.m. A reception with refreshments will be held immediately following at The Green Ladle at 156 East Ave in Lewiston. All who knew Kerry are welcome to attend.
