Sandy Lee (Withers) Poulin

LEWISTON – Sandy Lee (Withers) Poulin, 65, of Lewiston passed away peacefully in her home on Feb. 22, 2022, after a long battle with cancer.

Born in Lewiston on August 12, 1956, she was the daughter of Donald and Anita Withers. Educated in local schools, after graduating, Sandy found a love and passion for the shoe industry, working 32 years at Falcon Shoe, Globe Performance Footwear, and MSA Group. She loved her work family deeply and we thank you all for loving her as much as we did.

Sandy was a fun-loving lady who will be greatly missed. No matter what she went through, she always loved to do for others and see them happy. She would do anything for anyone. She loved spending time with her beautiful grandchildren, whom she loved and adored. As time with her family was always very important to her. We will forever miss Sandy’s love and wit.

She is survived by her husband, Maurice; her loving children Donnie, Mandy and Paul and their spouses, Jodi, Nick, and Shannon; her beautiful grandchildren Peighton, Kendall, Colin, and Rhayna; her brothers and sisters Kenny, Marilyn, Gail, Beverly, Daniel, Cindy, Brenda; along with many in-laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews, all of whom she loved and was loved by.

Sandy is predeceased by her parents Donald and Anita Withers; and her brother, Donnie Withers.

There will be a memorial gathering on March 4 from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Fortin Group Funeral Home in Lewiston, 70 Horton St.
