Joshua Adam Stewart Galford
BOSTON – Joshua Adam Stewart Galford, 36, of Naples, passed away peacefully late Wednesday evening, March 2, 2022, at Mass General Hospital in Boston surrounded by loved ones.
Josh was born on July 3, 1985, in Panama City, Panama, a son of, Markius L. and Lori M. (Trufant) Galford. He attended Lake Region School, graduating in 2004.
Josh was a hard worker and became a machinist fabricating specialty parts; most recently working as a carpenter with A & D Restorations.
He was an avid outdoorsman, loving hunting and fishing. You could always find him with the kids, teaching them how to fish and what to use to catch the biggest Bass! His passion was the friends he surrounded himself with and his beloved family. Family and friends meant everything to him! He was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back or offer his services in a heartbeat. He had the most amazing heart anyone could ever ask for!
Josh is loved by his mother, Lori Galford of Naples; a sister, Mary Frey and her children Michael and Morgan of Otisfield; a brother, Markius of Naples; Nana, Mary Galford of Gladwin, Mich.; Uncle Terry of Gladwin, Mich., Aunt Catie of Sabattus, Uncle Mark and Aunt Donna of Georgetown, Texas, Uncle Paul and Aunt Nicole of Kennebunk.
He was predeceased by his father, Markius in 2016.
A celebration of Josh’s life will be held on July 3 at the American Legion in Naples from 12 to 4 p.m.
