NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank has hired Jackie Curtis as vice president, human resources.
Curtis will lead recruitment and retention strategies, manage human resources operations/services, and partner with managers to ensure employees have opportunities to thrive and grow, according to a news release from the bank.
Curtis comes to the bank with more than 20 years of human resources experience in the banking and health industries.
Outside of her role at Norway Savings, Curtis is an active member of the Central Maine Human Resources Association as well as the Society for Human Resources Management.
