David L. Touchette
ROXBURY – Mr. David L. Touchette, 76, died Saturday April 2, 2022 at his residence on Roxbury Road in Roxbury.Born in Rumford, on June 8, 1945, he was a son of Louis and Emma (Noble) Touchette. David was a graduate of Mexico High School and served in the U.S. Army as SP4 from 1965 to 1967 during the Vietnam War. He then worked for Raytheon in Massachusetts. He enjoyed reading and was also an avid Star Trek fan.David is survived by a daughter Kris Smit of Warren; grandchildren, Brook and Joshua, brothers Michael of Roxbury and Robert and his wife Edna of Holliston, Mass., sisters, Linda White and companion David McDonald of Mexico and Kathy Talbot and husband Stephen of Turner. He was predeceased by brothers, Louis, Jr., Gordon, Douglas, Dennis, Phillip, Jimmy, Donald, and Gary, sisters, Gloria Hamel, Patricia Thibodeau and Roseanna Seigle.Friends and family are invited to sign the online guest book and share memories with the family at http://www.meaderandson.com.Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m., Friday, May 13, 2022, at the Pineview Cemetery in Roxbury. Arrangements are under the direction of the Meader & Son Funeral home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
