Shanel J. Lavoie Jr.

LISBON – On March 27, 2022, Shanel J. Lavoie Jr. died of Dementia. He was 85 years old.

He was born in Caswell, Maine, the son of Shanel Lavoie and Lillian Ouellette. He married Lucille Laforge on Nov. 26, 1956. He is survived by his wife of 66 years.

Shanel worked for Stanley Magic Door for over 40 years. He was a very loving man, he loved his hugs, and he always had a smile on his face.

He is survived by his son Scott and his wife Paula. He was predeceased by his son Thomas. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law Kathy Lavoie; five sisters and one brother, Kathleen, Viola, Patricia, Frances, Gloria, and brother Larry; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His brother Loomis died earlier.
