The Bethel Citizen is in the process of hiring a new reporter for this weekly paper. However, the young lady who is graduating from college in May is in search of rental space. If anyone has any information on what is available in our area, please call the Bethel Citizen office at 824-2444 and talk to Office Manager Tracy Walker. This soon-to-be college graduate is ready to launch her career as a newspaper writer and it would be wonderful to find her some local housing. Any help from our Bethel Citizen readers would be greatly appreciated.

The Bethel Seniors recently met at the Methodist Church dining room for their monthly meeting. It was a potluck lunch. It is always great to sample other folks’ cooking. During the meeting, two seniors were recognized for reaching a milestone birthday. Alta Smith and Gerry Emery both recently turned 90 years old! They both were in good spirits and all smiles. I guess your age is just a number after all.
