AFCI Conversations

As summer approaches, we’re looking forward to all that garden produce – fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and so much more.  Of course, not everyone has a garden but, in our community, that‘s not a barrier.

Do you know about the opportunities for accessing fresh produce and other foods?  Come join us for the first of our AFCI Conversations, this one on “Food and our Community.”  It will be facilitated by Bonnie Pooley, Meryl Kelly (both representing local farms), and Dave Bean (Food Pantry).

They have lots of information to share, and they’ll be particularly interested in your questions and ideas.  Do come (it’s free): Telstar Library, Tuesday, May 10, 4:30-5:30 p.m.  Come in the front door.  We’re suggesting that folks wear a mask.  If you can’t join us in person, you can Zoom in: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/75350352515?pwd=u1drp9GOTxafKoPExrExz1ce2qsVsO.1

(Meeting ID: 753 5035 2515, Passcode: sq96AD).
