Judith “Judy” Collette
RUMFORD – Judith “Judy” Collette, 60, died peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday May 3, 2022 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland. She resided on Piscataquis Street in Rumford.
Born in Hartford, Conn. on Sept. 29, 1961 she was the daughter of Garfield and Lorraine (Arsenault) Adley. She was a graduate of Rumford High School and attended Husson College with a degree in Business Administration.
After college she moved to the Portland area where she worked for Air Temp. She then made her final move to Rumford where she worked as a bookkeeper for Adley Auto Sales and Service.
She was a communicant of the Parish of The Holy Savior St Athanasius St John Church in Rumford where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, she was a member of St Timothy Circle #504 Daughters of Isabella and the Chisholm Ski Club. She enjoyed scrap booking, being at the ocean, and spending time with her daughter.
Judy was married in Rumford on May 20, 1989 to Victor Collette, III who died in Rumford on August 29, 2017.
She is survived by her daughter, Katie Collette of Rumford; brothers Greg Adley of Rumford and Brad Adley and his wife Susan of Rumford; nieces and nephews Jeremy Collette, David Adley, Jon Adley, Michelle Collette, Elizabeth Adley and Celina Adley.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday May 14 at the Parish of The Holy Savior St Athanasius St John Church, 126 Maine Ave. in Rumford. Interment will be in St John Cemetery in Rumford. Friends and family are invited to call at the Meader and Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford on Friday May 13, from 4 to 7 p.m.
