Pine Tree State Country Music Association plans to hold an awards show at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at Skip’s lounge at 288 Narragansett Trail in Buxton.

The event will include entertainment, dancing, food, cash bar and presentation of several awards, according to a news release from the association.

Entertainment will be provided by Gary and Friends band, Maine Ole’ Opry members (Joe Smith, who is also the Sawyer Brown drummer; Dennis Moro, Peter Allen, Deedee Record Allen and Bobby Le).

Guest appearances will be made by Dennis Buzzell, Chris Floyd, Kathy and Buzz Vanadestine and Brian Plato.

Admission costs $10 at the door or $8 in advance, tickets can be held at door.
