PARIS — On Monday, May 30, the American Legion Ring McKeen Post 151 will be hosting a parade to honor those Veterans who have passed away. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. at the Post Home on Church Street in West Paris with the Oxford Hills Middle School band participating. Line up will begin at 10:30 a.m.

We are asking any group that would like to participate to be at the Post Home by 10:30. We will continue from the Post Home to the bridge, then to the cemetery, and back to the Monument near Legion Hall. After a ceremony at the monument, you may join the Legion at the Hall for Popsicles.

The Foster Carroll American Legion Post #72 and VFW Post 9787 in South Paris are hosting an event at 10 a.m. in Riverside Cemetery on May 30, 2022. The cemetery is the one behind Market Square Nursing Home.

All community members and youth sports teams are invited to participate!
