We had a number of former and current members of congregations located at this Mechanic Falls church call or email correct responses. Our winner, picked in a random drawing from all the correct entries, is Nancy Petersons of Mechanic Falls. She wrote, “I recognized the Mystery Photo immediately. It is the Anglican Church of the Transfiguration at 64 Elm Street in Mechanic Falls. The building was home to the Congregational Church for many years. It was then donated to the Mechanic Falls Historical Society. I am presently a member there.” Petersons will receive a $20 Hannaford gift card.
