Running for selectboard

To the Editor:

(and to my neighbors),
I wish to announce my nomination to the Bethel Select Board. I have served on both Bethel’s Ordinance Review Committee and Planning Board, where I received an education into the inner workings of town policy and where our codebook could use support.

As a Selectman, I will prioritize community needs over unnecessary ordinances that inhibit local businesses and Constitutional rights. I pride myself on seeking out opposing opinions before making decisions or pushing for change without thoughtfully considering the consequences to those who would be affected most.

I cherish my ties within the community and feel my general ambition to uplift my neighbors will serve Bethel well if I were to be gifted your vote this June 14.
