The Lewiston School Nutrition Program is participating in the summer food service program. Meals will be provided at no charge to children attending school.
All meals must be eaten onsite, as participants are not allowed to remove food from the site location, parks or playgrounds, according to a news release from the Lewiston Public Schools Nutrition Program.
Breakfast and lunch meals will be provided at a first-come, first-serve basis at the following sites:
• Hillview, 77 Rideout Ave., June 25 to Aug. 19, Monday through Friday, 207-783-8539;
• Connors Elementary, 400 Bartlett St., 207-795-4130, July 5 to Aug. 4, Monday through Thursday;
• Lewiston High, 156 East Ave., June 27 to Aug. 19, Monday through Thursday, 207-795-4190;
• Lewiston Middle, 75 Central Ave., July 7 to 29, Monday through Thursday, 207-795-4180;
• Farwell Elementary, 84 Farwell St., July 5 to Aug. 4, Monday through Thursday, 207-795-4110;
• McMahon Elementary, 151 No Temple St., July 5 to Aug. 5, Monday through Friday, 207-795-4140;
• Pleasant View Acres 50 Fairmount St., June 27 to Aug. 19, Monday through Friday, 207-795-6871;
