NORWAY – Alan Robert Farrington, 81, of Norway, died June 7, 2022 at Stephen’s Memorial Hospital. He was born June 29, 1940 in Rumford, a son of Robert and Harriet Abbott Farrington. Alan graduated from Woostock High School in 1959 where he played baseball and basketball. He enjoyed watching all Boston sports. Alan worked at Stowels Wood Products, Elan and Spurwink. Alan was predeceased by his parents; sister, Roberta Harlow; and daughter, Catherine Zimmerman. Survivors include his significant other, Roann Hildreth; son, Randall (Anne) Farrington, daughter, Rhonda (Dan) Paine, son-in-law, Jordan Zimmerman; and four grandchildren.
