Justin McIver, a Bridgton developer and owner of Main Eco Homes, plans to speak with Bridgton-Lake Region Club Rotarians at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at Stella’s on the Square in Bridgton. All are invited to this free event.

McIver, known for his development of homes, apartments and commercial properties in town, will focus his talk on development of partnerships and their importance in building community, according to a news release from the rotary.

An example of that effort is Music on Maine, a collaborative venture McIver developed on a vacant lot he owns in the center of downtown. Having hosted several musical events over the past year, the venture is popular with residents and vacationers alike, the news release notes.
