Denmark Arts Center children’s camp offerings this summer include batik, collage, mask-making and a “Winnie the Pooh” musical.

The center, located at 50 West Main St., plans to celebrate children with its Family Fun Days this summer.

The town of Denmark and 317 Main Community Music Center in Yarmouth have provided support for the programs. Camp offerings engage children and family members with a sensory music and art.

This year the center plans to have an original musical theater play written by Mary Bastoni-Redmann about Winnie the Pooh and friends. Musical theater camp will work all week to perform this creative theater piece for friends and family at the end of the week on Saturday, according to a news release from the center.

A theater troupe from Cambridge, Liars & Believers, will teach a puppet, mask and improve camp, and campers can see a free performance of Yellow Bird Chase at Deertrees Theater in Harrison one evening during camp week. The troupe has been invited to Edinburgh, Scotland, to perform at the Fringe Festival as soon as camps close in Denmark.
