Before we became so enamored with science we believed that miracles were unexplained events that God had a hand in. We used to worship at the altar of Christ, who gave us the 10 Commandments, a moral compass-code to live by.
We now worship at the altar of science, whose moral code is corporate profit. Today I hear people say “I believe in the science.” When one hears the word “miracle” it is always associated with some medical or pharmaceutical breakthrough.
Personally I prefer the moral code of the 10 Commandments. Blind faith is a function of religion, not science.
