Chicken pies
HARRISON — Instead of the suppers that were put on monthly by the Bolsters Mills United Methodist Church before the Covid-19 pandemic, the Church will be selling their famous chicken pies on Saturday, June 18. To order a Chicken Pie, call the Church at 583-9024 on the morning of June 18 between 9 and 11 a.m.
Pies with gravy will be available for pickup that day at the Bolsters Mills UMC, 664 Bolsters Mills Road, Harrison, Maine, between the hours of Noon and 2 p.m. unless other arrangements are made at the time of placing the order. The Chicken Pie and gravy will be $15, cash and checks only.
It is our hope that in-person suppers can again be held monthly this summer; however, with the unpredictability of the status of the virus, we thought that selling the pies on the third Saturday of each month until further notice would a welcome alternative. We have missed everyone and look forward to hearing from you on June 18 at 9 a.m.!
