Richard R. “Buddy” Edwards Jr.

LEWISTON – Richard R. “Buddy” Edwards Jr., 33, a resident of Livermore, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. He was born Oct. 12, 1988, in Lewiston, the son of Richard, Sr. and Jane (Polley) Edwards. He was a 2007 graduate of Lewiston High School. On Sept. 1, 2017, at King’s Hill Inn in South Paris, he married Katie Smith. He enjoyed fishing, four-wheeling, telling stories, and shopping. Buddy was always the life of the party. Above all, he loved spending time with his kids.He is survived by his former wife Katie Edwards of Livermore, their children, Kashlynn and Koden Edwards of Livermore, his mother Jane Edwards of Livermore, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his father in 2005, his Uncle Leroy Polley, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
