Suppers

WATERFORD — The North Waterford Congregational Church will hold a buffet-style, all-you-can-eat public bean supper, featuring gingerbread for dessert on June 28 from 5-6:30 p.m. The cost is $12 per person. For more information call Milly Millett at 207-583-2822 or email millett.milly06@gmail.com.

PARIS — The following upcoming events will be held at the Floyd Harlow, Jr. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9787 in Paris. The Post holds a public supper on the third Saturday of each month. These suppers generate money to support the Post and its efforts, as well as give the community an inexpensive ‘home-cooked’ meal. The meals are all cooked at the Post by members.

On Saturday, July 2, from 1 p.m.-3 p.m. the Post is hosting an Ice Cream Social and open house at 58 E Main St. This is open to all. In addition to the Ice Cream, we will have brochures and information of interest to Veterans and their families.
