Lobster Roll
NORWAY — The public is invited to a Lobster Roll Lunch on Saturday, July 9, during the Arts Festival, at the Second Congregational Church, UCC, 205 Main Street. Drive-thru lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The menu includes Deb and Jane’s famous lobster rolls, chips, brownies, and a cold drink. There will be hot dogs available for those who don’t eat lobsters. The lobster roll meal deal is $20 and the hot dog meal is $6.
If you wish to pre-order for take-out/pick-up, please call 743-2290. Call or come early, because this annual event often sells out.
The Second Congregational Church, U.C.C. is an open and affirming congregation. We welcome all to worship, study, and join in fellowship with us. The Finnish American Heritage Society of Maine will hold an Open house and Indoor Yard Sale every Sunday throughout the summer, with the exception of August 21, from 2-4 p.m. The museum, library, and gift shop will be open at 8 Maple Street in West Paris.’
Breakfast
HARRISON — The United Parish – Congregational Church of Harrison & North Bridgton will offer a community breakfast on Saturday, July 9, 7:30-9:30 a.m.
United Parish-Congregational Church of Harrison & North Bridgton is located at 77 Main Street, Harrison (located across from Crystal Lake Park). The menu will include scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, coffee cake and muffins, coffee, tea, and juice. There is no set charge, but donations are welcome. Bring your family and meet your neighbors at our breakfast!
Supper
WATERFORD — There will be a Bean supper at North Waterford Congregational Church, off Rt. 35, opposite Melby’s Market in North Waterford on Tuesday Evening, July 12, from 5-6:30 p.m. On the menu are the following: Baked Beans, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, Brown bread, rolls, beverages, and strawberry shortcake.
