The human body is about 60% water.

Water is essential to maintain a healthy weight and energy level. Water regulates one’s temperature, function of cells, lubrication of joints, circulation and waste removal.

The amount of water needed is different for each person. Water use has grown at twice the rate of population increase.

Water and air are essential for life. Three to five days without drinking water, a person’s organs begin to shut down.

Seventy percent of the world’s surface is covered with water. Only 2.5% is freshwater — not much freshwater for the billions of people on Earth.

Dry areas cover 40% of land on Earth, which challenges food production. People living in dry areas are the poorest, with many living in poverty.

Part of the freshwater is frozen in glaciers and snow. Parts of the world have lots of water. Drought with debilitating pollution in other places.

Power plants contribute tons and tons of pollution in our air and groundwater. The Supreme Court just limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s power to regulate power plant emissions. Regulations protect the environment and humanity’s existence.

We need clean air and water to survive.

Revelation 11:18 in the King James Bible states, “And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the Earth.”
