Two Poland Regional High School graduates have each been awarded a $1,000 Bruce M. Whittier Scholarship, according to a news release from Mary Whittier.
Lucas Kelly, son of Tim and Amy Kelly of Poland, plans to attend the University of Maine.
Willa Galipeau-Eldridge, daughter of Sean and Leah Galipeau-Eldridge of Otisfield, plans to attend Bentley University.
They were chosen for their academics, volunteer work and extracurricular activities, plus an essay.
