Lorraine C. Tremblay
LEEDS – Lorraine C. Tremblay, 87, of Leeds passed away peacefully July 19, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Lewiston July 29, 1934, the daughter of Henri and Rose Pettigrew St. Pierre. Lorraine grew up in the Lewiston/Auburn area and worked and lived in the area all of her life. She married Joseph Tremblay October 4, 1952 and lovingly raised six children together. Lorraine loved spending time with family, playing bingo, reading, listening to vintage and country music and working on puzzles.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald and wife Roxanne Tremblay, Richard and wife Kelly Tremblay, David Tremblay, daughters, Debra Merrill, Elizabeth Tremblay and Patricia and husband Gerry Rioux. Also nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, sister Pauline and husband Al St. Pierre, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joe, sisters, Bea, Joanne and Rolande, brothers George and Donald and grandson Ervin Merrill.
Our family wants to thank the entire team at Androscoggin Homehealth and Hospice for their guidance, care and compassion through a most difficult journey.
