DEAR SUN SPOTS: The Edward Little High School Class of 1965 Reunion Committee is asking for your help to reach classmates who have changed their address, email, or Facebook information.

After postponing our 55th year reunion in 2020, it’s important for everyone to know that our reunion will  be held Wednesday, Sept. 21, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Ramada Inn in Lewiston.

Your check can be mailed to: Sue R. Trefsger, 7 Prospect St., Auburn, ME 04210. Cost is $28 per person/$56 per couple. Please send new email addresses to ninaschlikin@gmail.com.

Thank you so much for all you do to keep our community connected. — Carol, Lewiston

ANSWER: There sure are a lot of plans out there in the L-A area for class reunions. May the word get out and everything go smoothly. I sure would like to be a “fly on the wall” at these events so I can see what happens!

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I love your column and often jot down names of people who provide local services.

I have a friend whose granddaughter was recently listed on the Edward Little High School Honor Roll in the newspaper. She reads the regional paper online and unfortunately, missed seeing that tidbit about her granddaughter. Could you please print the directions to access previous Sun Journal editions? I would like to print that article for her. — Jackie, no town

ANSWER: It’s easier if you know the date the information was printed and you would put it in the search bar like this. Here is an example: sun journal 2022/07/08. If you need help, never hesitate to call the paper and someone can help you with what you need. In case, you need 784-3555.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I enjoy reading Sun Spots every day and have a question. I buy the homemade meatballs from the Methodist Church in Auburn every year at its fair.

I want them to know I will continue to do that, but I would like the recipe if they would be willing to share it because I’m involved in a drop-in center for unhoused individuals and would like to make some regularly for them. If they choose not to share the recipe, I understand, but I will continue to buy them for myself. Thank you for all you do for us, Sun Spots. — Joanne, no town

ANSWER: I’m putting your request out into Sun Spots Land and hopefully the people who make these coveted meatballs will write to Sun Spots and let us know how we can get that recipe to you. It would be awesome if you could prepare those special meatballs for those using the drop-in center. I’m sure they would really appreciate it. Thank you for your willingness to volunteer.
