Shamarr Allen will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30 at Strand Theatre, 345 Main St., Rockland.

Hailing from the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, the singer and trumpeter has influences in jazz, hip-hop, rock, funk rhythms, blues and country. With a scintillating and unique sound, Allen transcends musical boundaries. He is the True Orleans experience!
