DEAR SUN SPOTS: Over a month ago my daughter lost some keys and I didn’t realize until yesterday that they are my keys! The key ring includes two keys to my shed, another key, and a Subaru key along with a Subaru fob. There is also a  green rubber Evergreen Subaru identifier. If found, please call 841-8371. — Margaret, Auburn

ANSWER: Sometimes people who find items of value turn them into the local police station. If you haven’t checked there, please do. Let us know if they are returned to you. We all know how expensive it is to get these replaced.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: We are in the process of planning the annual Lisbon Golden Reunion. It is for all alumni of Lisbon High School or Lisbon Falls High School who graduated 50 or more years ago. In 2022, we will welcome the class of 1972. Last year we had graduates attend from the classes of 1946 through 1971.

The reunion will be held at the Ramada Inn on Aug. 20 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festivities will include a buffet lunch, a DJ with dancing, a raffle to benefit our scholarships, and plenty of time for socializing. Last year our raffle, coupled with generous donations, enabled us to award $1,500 scholarships to four Lisbon High School graduating seniors.

If you are or know of a member of these classes, please contact Caroline Poirier by email at [email protected] or by text at 1-603-490-6630. — No name, no town

ANSWER: Hooray for high school reunions! If you are in charge of a reunion for your alma mater, send the information in well ahead of time and Sun Spots will get the word out a few times before the big event.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Do you have the formula for skunk smell removal for dogs in your Rolodex?

ANSWER: Indeed I do! Once mixed, this solution should be used on your pet immediately: 1 quart 3% hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 2 teaspoons Dawn dish soap. This will get fizzy. Rub this into your pet’s dry fur, taking care to do its whole body, but don’t get it in the eyes or mouth. Let it soak in for about 20 minutes then thoroughly rinse. Use pet shampoo for the final touch. You may have to do this more than once. Good luck!
