Lewiston Public Library’s end-of-summer reading celebration is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, on the third floor of the 200 Lisbon St. library in Callahan Hall.
The LPL Kids celebration will include games and crafts, giveaways and prizes, mini golf, a frozen sweet treat, and photo opportunities with mermaid tails, pirate treasure, shark heads and giant fish, according to a news release from the library.
This program is open to all children 12 and younger and their families. No registration is required.
