WATERFORD — At North Waterford Congregational Church (North Waterford, Me. Rt. 35 across from Melby’s Market) on Tuesday, July 26, from 5-6:30 p.m., a public supper will be served with baked beans, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, brown bread, rolls, beverage, and strawberry shortcake. The supper will be served buffet-style, with takeout available. Adults $12, Children 12 & under $6 to benefit the Church’s general fund. Contact Milly Millett with questions at 207-583-2822.
PARIS — On August 26 Troop 130 Boy Scout Zach May will hold a spaghetti dinner at 6 p.m. at the Paris Fire Station, 137 Western Ave. The cost for adults will be $10, ages 6-17 will be $5, ages 5 and under free. All proceeds from the dinner will go toward May’s Eagle Scout project, which will benefit special needs students in the Oxford Hills.
