Sumner church to hold Whatever Sale Aug. 27

SUMNER — Organizers of the 10th annual Whatever Sale seek donations for the ticket auction planned from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at the West Sumner Universalist Church at 1114 Main St.

Proceeds will benefit the church, according to a news se from organizers.

This year’s event is the same as in recent years, featuring a ticket auction drawing at 1:30 p.m. Any donations for the ticket auction welcome, especially themed baskets in memory of loved ones. As always the food and bake sale, cutlery sales, and a light lunch will be available.
